The above prices include VAT and are on a per person per night basis for a minimum of a two night stay, on any nights of the week.
The inclusive rate includes a superb four course Table d'hote dinner, overnight accommodation and full English breakfast.
Booking Conditions & Supplements
Arrival & Departure
Your room will be available from 2.30pm on the day of arrival. Please inform reception if late arrival is anticipated. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11.00am on the day of departure. Whilst every endeavour will be made to meet requests for specific room numbers, room numbers cannot be guaranteed.
Upgrades
Why not treat yourself to one of our seaview rooms with wonderful views over Lyme Bay or alternatively for those extra special treats why not upgrade to a Superior room with wonderful seaviews and your own private balcony.
Single Occupancy
Limited single rooms are available, however double / twin bedded rooms for sole occupancy can be reserved with a £40.00 per night supplement.
Children’s Policy
Children over 6 years old sharing with two adults will be charged at 50% of the full adult price. Children occupying their own standard room are charged at 75% of the adult rate. Children under 6 years old are accommodated free of charge when sharing with adults and pay for their meals as taken.
Meals
Guests on half board basis are advised that there is no reduction for temporary absence or meals not taken. Dinner is taken from the table d' hote menu whilst the menu is supplemented by an a' la carte menu at an extra charge.
Pets
We do permit dogs in certain rooms (except in all public area of the Hotel & Terrace). However there is a supplement of £10 per dog per night. We reserve the right to ask residents to make alternative arrangements, should the pet in any way cause distress to other guests, staff or hotel property.
