The above prices include VAT and are on a per person per night basis for a minimum of a two night stay, on any nights of the week. The rate includes a superb four course Table d'hote dinner, overnight accommodation and full English breakfast. For Bed and Breakfast only deducted £20.00 per person

Staying
At this well loved, quintessentially English Hotel you are able to simply switch off, relax and rejuvenate. The Sidmouth Harbour Hotel is known for its warmth of welcome and this hospitality is matched by impeccable service, demonstrated by the Courtesy & Care award that we received from the AA. Our Sidmouth Hotel is a special place full of character and charm with secret corners and relaxing places to sit with morning papers or a good book.
Sleeping
Each of our 40 rooms is unique but whether it’s a family room to accommodate four, a single room with a view, or one of our rooms with disabled access, they are all the same high standard and many have spectacular Devon, sea views! There are some things that make all the difference to a holiday or short break – delicious food, attentive service, peaceful sleep and a great location. At The Sidmouth Harbour Hotel, fabrics are soft, linens smooth and crisp, quilts deep and warm, cushions and pillows plump, and our guests return time and time again. Leaving is the difficult bit.
Arriving and Departing
Your room will be available from 2.30pm on the day you arrive with us and if there is a chance that you will arrive later than 10pm please do let reception know. We ask that you hand back your room to us by 11am on the day you are leaving. We make every effort to meet requests for specific room numbers but cannot guarantee this.
Upgrades
Why not treat yourself to a sea view room, looking out across the picturesque Lyme Bay, or for something extra special, enjoy a beautiful sea view from your own private balcony in any of our Superior rooms.
Single Occupancy
Limited single rooms are available, however double / twin bedded rooms for sole occupancy can be reserved with a £40 per night supplement.
Pets – We are a pet friendly Devon Hotel
We do permit dogs in certain rooms (but not in public areas of the Hotel & Terrace I’m afraid). However there is a supplement of £10 per dog per night. We reserve the right to ask residents to make alternative arrangements, should the pet in any way cause distress to other guests, staff, or hotel property.
Children
Children under six sharing with two adults will only be charged for meals whilst they are staying at the hotel. Children over six sharing with two adults will be charged at 50% of the full price. Children over six staying in their own standard room will be charged at only 75 % of the adult rate.
Half board
Unfortunately for guests staying with us on a half board basis, we are unable to reduce the rate for any meals not taken. Dinner is taken from the table d’ hote menu. An a la carte menu is also available at an extra charge.

The Restaurant serves impeccable food; outstanding cuisine using local ingredients chosen for their superb quality and flavours. Naturally, the wine list has been chosen with equal passion. The menus evolve with the seasons and celebrate produce from the sea and the pastures of Devon. Whether it’s a special occasion with friends and family, or a chance to enjoy a ‘famous’ Harbour Hotels’ Sundowner cocktail on our terrace overlooking the bay, The Harbour Restaurant & Bar is a perfect choice.
